We are recruiting for one full time (37 hours) and one part time (22.5 hours) Learning Support Assistant, please specify which role you are applying for.
Lynn Grove Academy are seeking to recruit two Learning Support Assistant to provide safe, high-quality education and care for our pupils. We are looking for candidates with the imagination, energy, and commitment to make a positive difference to our school.
At Lynn Grove Academy our ambition is to provide all our pupils with great opportunities to discover what they are good at. A key to this is to make sure that our young people consistently experience only the very best teaching.
Our Learning Support Assistants make a substantial contribution to realising this goal and pupils with SEN make excellent progress at Lynn Grove.
We are looking for someone who is determined that every child, whatever their starting point, should make good progress, who finds supporting colleagues motivating, and who enjoys working with parents.
We have a well-deserved reputation for the quality of our CPD. We know that working together not only improves results but reduces workload and our structures support this. We encourage all staff to develop a specialist area and will provide training to support this.
