Bede Academy has an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our SEND team to help us deliver an even better service to the staff and students.

The role of the Learning Support Assistant is to work under the instruction/guidance of teaching/senior staff to undertake work/care/support programmes, to enable access to learning for students and to assist the teacher in the management of students and the classroom.

You will be expected to act with honesty and integrity and uphold the Professional Standards for Teaching Assistants in order to make the education of pupils your first concern. You will demonstrate values and behaviours consistent with your professional role.

This role is full-time (33.75 hours per week, Monday to Friday), term-time plus 3 days.
