Learning Support at Bancroft’s require an enthusiastic and motivational individual to join their department. The role requires working closely with a team of specialist teachers, Learning Support Assistants, and the Head of Learning Support, to provide intervention and advice in order to facilitate the learning of students. One Year Fixed Term contract with the possibility to extend/become permanent.
The person appointed will display a high degree of discretion, confidentiality and integrity. The position requires someone with an interest in supporting individuals on a 1:1, small group and whole class basis, within the senior school.
The ability to relate to both younger and older students is essential, and experience working with students with ASD is desirable.
The working hours are Monday to Friday, 37.5 per week, term time plus inset days.
