Richmond Park Academy (RPA), is part of the Academies Enterprise Trust (AET) group and is situated in East Sheen, close to Richmond Park. Richmond, Kingston and the West End are all between 15 and 30 minutes journey from the school and our proximity to central London means that students can benefit enormously from the vast range of social, cultural, sporting and academic opportunities that we are able to access.

About the role:

We are looking for a caring and nurturing individual to work alongside our pupils. Ideally, you will have worked previously with SEN students and have the ability to establish quickly a positive relationship in order to stretch and maximize their learning. You will be working on a one to one basis and small groups in line with the national curriculum, codes of practice and more widely, the Academy.

You will also be an excellent administrator and listener and be able to work on your own initiative, in order to prepare well for the student, as well as being part of a team.   You will be a committed and hardworking team player who will support the pupils, staff and parents in continuing to raise the profile and ongoing success of the department and, more widely, the Academy.
