Teddington School are looking to recruit two enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join our vibrant team from September 2023.
As a Learning Support Assistant you will support the class teacher by working with small groups or individuals to ensure that children make good progress in academic, personal and social well-being. The ideal candidate will be flexible, adaptable and have an appetite for learning. You will understand that every child needs personalised support to help them reach their potential, and seek ways of supporting this. You may also support students based in the Kingfisher Centre, with additional Social, Emotional and Mental Heath needs to undertake their learning and access lessons and activities integrated across the school.

This role would be suitable for anyone interested in training as a teacher and would provide excellent experience and the opportunity to progress into a teacher training scheme, if sought.
