Wingfield Academy are seeking a suitably qualified, highly motivated Learning Support Assistant to join our Inclusion Department and make a significant impact, leading small groups and providing individualised support to students across Key Stages 3 and 4.

You'll have the opportunity to work alongside a dedicated team, committed to enhancing learning, teaching, and overall student outcomes. You will play a pivotal role in motivating our students, increasing their self-esteem and independence and ensuring they have the necessary support to access and progress through the curriculum.

To excel in this role, you will need to bring an understanding or experience of working with vulnerable young people and those with learning or behavioural difficulties. In addition, you must hold GCSE qualifications in Maths and English, at grade C or above. Proficiency in using functional ICT, and strong communication skills with the confidence to liaise with a team of professionals to support student learning will also be essential.
