Learning Support Assistant

We are seeking a suitably qualified and highly motivated individual to support the Inclusion Department by leading small groups and supporting individual students at both Key Stage 3 and Key Stage 4.

The successful candidate will join a committed team of staff to further improve learning, teaching and student outcomes. An understanding or experience of working with vulnerable young people and those with learning or behaviour difficulties is essential.

The successful candidates will be flexible enough to meet the changing demands of a busy school and able to organise and prioritise their workload to meet deadlines and will have excellent communication skills, as well as a good attention to detail and an enthusiastic approach to their work.
