We are looking for a caring, enthusiastic and committed Learning Support Assistant to join our Inclusion Department and play an important part in helping students thrive.
Working closely with teachers and colleagues across the school, you will support students with a range of learning needs, both in the classroom and through targeted individual or small-group support. You will help students engage with learning, develop essential literacy and numeracy skills, overcome challenges and celebrate their achievements. You will also take a lead role in supporting individual students, helping to coordinate provision, monitor progress and work collaboratively with parents and carers to ensure they receive the support they need.
We are looking for someone who brings patience and empathy, who is a confident communicator and able to build positive relationships with students and colleagues.
