Ian Ramsey Church of England Academy is a popular, over-subscribed academy for 11-16 pupilsin Stockton-on-Tees. There are approximately 1170 students on roll with a pan of 237 in each year group. We have recently merged with the Northern Lights Learning Trust, so this is an exciting time to join us. 

Required as soon as possible, a highly organised, motivated, and experienced professional to join our growing SEND team. The successful applicant will have experience of working with pupils with SEMH needs, excellent interpersonal skills and will work well with pupils, their families and all stakeholders. We are a THRIVE school and always put the child at the heart of our decision-making. You will work with our young people in classrooms across our broad curriculum and within our SEND suite of rooms. Recent and relevant experience of working with and/or caring for children, within an education setting, is essential. We welcome candidates who have experience of working with children of all ages, as well as young adults.

Ian Ramsey Church of England Academy is a mixed, non-selective Church of England secondary school in Stockton-on-Tees, serving pupils from the age of 11-16. The Academy is situated in Fairfield and has approximately 1,180 pupils on roll. 

It is a member of The Northern Lights Learning Trust which is recognised by the Department for Education as a Centre of Excellence as a Teaching School Hub and as an Early Years Stronger Practice Hub for the North East.
