We are looking to recruit an excellent Learning Support Assistant to support the SEND Department through 1:1 and small group intervention work. A well-qualified and passionate individual, the successful candidate will bring enthusiasm and a commitment to supporting pupils achieve the highest levels of academic success. This role is offered on a full or part-time basis. A team player with the ability to communicate well with colleagues and students is essential, to enable the happy and creative working environment within the SEND Department to continue.

The role will also offer opportunities for further contribution to the varied and vibrant array of extracurricular activities on offer at the school. 

All staff at North Bridge House are actively involved in the pastoral life of the school. The role will also offer the opportunity to contribute to the varied and vibrant extra-curricular programme.
