Learning Support Assistant - Senior School

1:1 Learning Support Assistant

36.25 per week during term time

08:30-16:15 Monday to Friday

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant to offer support to and care for a Senior School pupil on a 1:1 basis; you will help them to develop their potential and continue attending mainstream school.

During the course of the week, this role also involves providing some support for pupils in Key Stage Two in our Junior School.

You will be patient and caring with experience of supporting those with a specific difficulty in key curriculum areas; while helping them achieve their potential. You will also support them in 1:1 sessions on social skills. If you have training or experience in supporting children with trauma, that would be advantageous. Minimum level 2 qualification relevant to childcare is preferred.
