Values and Vision
“Life in all its fullness.” John 10:10
We believe that everyone deserves to experience life in all its fullness and should be given the opportunities and support to do so — this is what makes our job as educators so fulfilling.
If our mission is to ensure that time spent at Wadham school will enable our students to grow into confident, knowledgeable and caring citizens, ready to cope with the demands that life will throw at them, then our vision is simply:
“To ensure our students go on to experience love, fulfilment and community in an ever-changing world, as a result of exceptional school provision, equally weighted between outstanding academic achievement and individual personal development.”
