The Learning Support team at South Staffordshire College require 3 Learning Support Assistants to support learners with an SEN or EHC to reach their full potential.

These exciting and challenging roles are an opportunity to motivate and encourage learners to embrace their differences and to help them develop their skills and confidence to work more independently.

The successful candidates will have level 2 qualifications in Maths and English and experience of supporting young adults, preferably in an educational setting.

The successful applicants will have excellent communication skills, be committed, enthusiastic and have the ability to inspire learners to recognise and achieve their aspirations.

About South Staffordshire College
