Salary £16,000 per annum

Hours 37.5 hours per week (term time only)

Unsted Park School is a specialist residential and day school/6th form college for children and young people with high functioning Autistic Spectrum Disorders.  We are committed to providing the highest level of education and care in a safe, positive environment that enables each individual to achieve his or her maximum potential.

We are looking for a Learning Support Assistant with the passion, enthusiasm and drive to support our young people in achieving their potential.  You will be part of a dedicated and lively team that focuses strongly on the core areas of education, independence and inclusion.

As a Learning Support Assistant, you will work with class teachers to provide support for young people aged 7 to 19 with complex needs, some of whom may also be on the autistic spectrum. This will be through various subjects and using different communication and engagement techniques.  Ideally you will…

    Have experience working with children and young people
