About the role:

All Hallows Catholic School is looking for an outstanding Learning Support Assistant  to add specific skills to our existing team, and are committed to ensure that all children achieve their best. You will play a key role in supporting our children to be classroom ready and catch up from the pandemic.

Salary & Benefits:  

  • Undergraduate FTE range - £17,926-£20,575 (actual pro-rata salary range - £14,793-£16,979)    
  • Graduate/experienced LSA FTE range -£20,966-£22,928 (actual pro-rata salary range of £17,302 - £18,921)    
  • ELSA FTE allowance - £1020 p.a. - £841.40 actual pro-rata    
  • Access to Local Government Pension Scheme

Who we are looking for:  

  • Ability to form and maintain appropriate relationships and personal boundaries with children and young people    
  • Good numeracy/literacy skills    
  • Experience of working with children or young people within an educational environment    
  • Ability to engage with a wide range of students from different backgrounds    
  • Be able to work under pressure and priories workload    
  • Ability to safely manage classroom activities and learning resources
