Your opportunity

Merstham Park School is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and dedicated Learning Support Assistant to support our students with SEND needs. This role will be well suited for candidates who are looking to start their career in teaching, experienced TA's looking for flexibility, or gap year students from universities. We are interested in hearing from all candidates, no matter what point in your career you are currently at and we welcome flexible working arrangements (full time or part time).

The Details:

Start date: 1st September 2025

Working hours:

  • Full-time: 08.20–15:30, Monday - Friday, 32.5 hours per week, 39 weeks of the year
  • Part time: Applications will be considered where the needs of the school can be met.

Contract type: Permanent/Term-Time only

Salary: GLF Associate 2 (£22,918.66 FTE) 

Actual Salary (based on full time): £17,799.88
