Job overview
We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team of Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) who work hard to ensure that all children with SEND are given the right level of support and attention to make excellent long-term progress.
We offer bespoke facilities within the main school building, providing a nurturing and supportive base for all students with SEND. The facility comprises of designated intervention and teaching spaces, an IT suite, group work area and book nook, all utilised to ensure the best outcomes for our students.
The SEND team is led by two SENDCo's who focus on the students within different key stages of the school and college. The department also has its own SEND Officer.
At All Hallows we are committed to the development of our staff, LSAs working within the team receive a bespoke CPD programme throughout the year provided by both school colleagues and external professionals. This supports anyone who joins us, at any stage in their professional journey, to maximise their potential.
As well as providing in-class support to enhance learning, the role offers opportunities to deliver tailored academic and pastoral interventions, supporting students’ progress, confidence and wellbeing. For more information on the interventions offered please see the school website.
