Salary Details: £14,847 - £17,302 for hours and weeks stated
28 hours per week, 39 weeks per year (Term Time plus 5 days)
Paignton Academy are seeking to expand their team of Learning Support Assistants working across our sites at Borough Road and Waterleat Road. We are looking for a candidate who is keen, motivated and able to work as part of a team.
The successful applicant will have proven school experience of working with children or young people and will be able to demonstrate commitment and expertise in improving educational and social outcomes. You will be enthusiastic, empathetic, patient and approachable, with a genuine commitment to supporting children’s learning.
Ideally the working hours will be Monday to Friday, 8.30 am to 3.30pm, however there may be some flexibility for the right candidate.
It is an exciting time to work at Paignton Academy as we have joined with the Thinking Schools Academies Trust in September 2023. The Trust have a number of schools across Torbay and the South West which in the future, could lead to further roles and opportunities.
