We are currently seeking to appoint a Learning Support Assistant. You will make a significant contribution to our outstanding Learning Support programme area.
Working closely with the teaching staff, you will provide support on a range of courses from entry level one to advanced level three. You will also be required to provide high quality support for GCSE and Functional Skills English and Maths. The role is varied and will offer a rewarding opportunity to guide our students to achieve their full academic potential.
You should have excellent communication and organisational skills, and the ability to work in a supportive and patient manner. You should also have knowledge and an understanding of inclusive education and working with young people who have a range of disabilities and learning difficulties.
