We are looking for a caring and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our vibrant and busy department from September 2026.
This rewarding role involves supporting pupils with special educational needs, primarily in Years 7 and 8, both within the classroom and through small group interventions. You will play a key part in helping young people access learning, build confidence, and achieve their full potential.
The successful candidate will work closely with the Director of Pupil Progress (SENDCo), teaching staff, senior leadership team, and external professionals, including Speech and Language Therapists and Educational Psychologists.
We are looking for someone who:

can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
is flexible, proactive and eager to make a difference
Experience working with children or young people with SEND is desirable.
Hours of work: Monday to Friday 08:30 – 16:30 Term time only

About Luckley House School
Luckley House School is a thriving coeducational Independent School, located in Wokingham, Berkshire, offering day and flexible boarding provision for pupils aged 11 to 18 years.
