Learning Support Assistant (Year 5+)

Durlston is seeking a Learning Support Assistant, with experience of supporting children on either a one-to-one basis, small groups or alongside the class teacher along with having a strong emphasis on pastoral care to support the wider class. Although some aspects of this role will be to help children with identified needs, we envisage this role to be so much more, supporting all children and abilities to make the most of their education at Durlston.

There are 40 hours per week available and we would consider a job share for the right candidate.
