Learning Support Assistants (LSA)

We are looking to appoint 1 full time (5 days per week) LSA on a fixed term contract for the following:

Hours: 32.5 hours a week

Salary: Scale 4

We are also looking to appoint 1 part time (5 days per week) LSA on a fixed term contract for the following:

Hours: 15 hours a week

Salary: Scale 4

The posts will involve working with a pupil or pupils (aged 4 to 11 years old) in our school. This will be discussed further at interview. We are looking to appoint a support assistant to work 1:1 with a pupil or pupils with an Education Healthcare Plan. 

The successful applicants need to be: 

· flexible

· able to support pupils with their learning in both small groups and on a one to one basis

· able to relate well to children and adults

· a good, positive team member with excellent communication skills

We are looking for applicants with enthusiasm, energy and commitment who will bring these qualities to the job.
