Job overview
We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a learner centred environment and who is committed to providing an effective service to learners with disabilities and learning difficulties.
The post is mainly based between South Thames College and Merton College, with frequent travel to all other College location. You will be an enthusiastic, confident, reliable and experienced administrator able to work in a complex and challenging environment.
Responsible for assisting in the process of developing and managing quality audit processes and systems for recording support to learners, you will also manage and assist in the administrative and financial activities of the department.
You must have well-developed interpersonal skills to deal with a variety of situations and must have the proven ability to manage and deal accurately with high volumes of data to tight deadlines.
You will also have excellent communication skills and enjoy working as part of a team which promotes awareness of disability issues.
