**Position Overview:**
We are seeking a qualified Learning Support Teacher to join our dynamic team in the Learning Support and Enrichment Department at the High/Secondary School level. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree, at least 2 years of experience working in a similar role, and be passionate about supporting students with diverse learning needs within an international setting.
**Skills and Qualifications:**
- Bachelor's Degree in Education or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in teaching or supporting students with learning differences
- Knowledge of international educational practices and the IB curriculum is great but not at all essential
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues, parents, and external specialists
- Ability to differentiate instruction based on individual student needs
- Experience implementing strategies for academic support and enrichment

JOB PURPOSE
AIS teachers inspire students from diverse backgrounds to become courageous leaders in a culturally

This role is a unique opportunity to be part of the founding team building our new Sandy Springs
campus. As an essential member of our collaborative Secondary School Team, you’ll help shape and
grow this new campus, bringing resilience, adaptability, and a solution-focused mindset essential for a
startup environment. Teachers at the Sandy Springs Campus benefit from strong support within a
unified, dual-campus structure, working closely with IB Coordinators, a departmental leader, and a
team of subject teachers at the Buckhead Campus. This partnership enables a rich exchange of
resources, expertise, and shared goals across both campuses.
