Teacher Collaboration and Guidance:

- Guide and mentor teachers in implementing differentiated learning strategies within their classrooms to ensure inclusivity and accessibility for all students.
- Provide resources and training for staff on effective teaching strategies for diverse learners, including those with specific diagnoses, learning delays, or exceptional abilities.

- Conduct meetings with parents to discuss diagnostic results, progress, and support strategies, fostering strong partnerships between home and school.
- Organise workshops or information sessions to help parents understand and support their child’s learning needs at home.

Programme Development and Implementation:

- Develop and implement a comprehensive, whole-school approach to learning support that fosters an inclusive and supportive learning environment.
- Regularly review and update the school’s learning support policies and practices in line with best practices and international standards.
- Manage referrals to external professionals for additional assessments or specialised support, and integrate findings into tailored support plans.

Safeguarding and Wellbeing:

- Collaborate with the safeguarding team to ensure students with additional learning needs are supported in a safe and nurturing environment.
- Liaise with the Student Life Coordinator and School Counsellor to address barriers to learning and ensure student wellbeing is prioritised.
