The Learning Support department at South Staffordshire College requires a part time Learning Support Practitioner to ensure our college meets the needs of our learners with an Education, Health and Care Plan (EHCP).
Working as part of a team across Tamworth and Torc campuses, this is a great opportunity for an inspirational practitioner with previous experience of supporting young adults with a wide variety of differences and disabilities.
The successful candidate will plan a carefully managed transition into college, advise on inclusive learning strategies, review planned EHC outcomes and ongoing additional support requirements to ensure a positive journey towards independence and adulthood.
