We are seeking to appoint a Learning Support Practitioner who will work in a team of 4 LSPs supporting students in class and delivering one to one support when appropriate.
The applicant needs to have:
• An interest in, and ideally experience of, a wide range of difficulties – a prior knowledge of specific learning difficulties: dyslexia/dyspraxia and ASD would be advantageous and a good working knowledge of all subjects up to and including GCSE
The applicant should be:
• Educated to a good standard
• Able to work in a team
• Self-motivated and well-organised
• Have a strong interest in developing the role
