Job overview
Would you like the opportunity to join a highly successful Surrey prep school? Rokeby School provides first-rate education and personal development for our boys, enabling them to move onto some of the best schools in the country.
Set on a private estate in the leafy suburb of Kingston, you will be close to Richmond Park and the River Thames, yet within short travelling distance into central London.
We pride ourselves on the way in which we educate and support all our boys at Rokeby. If you have a similar vision, are passionate about your subject, and able to inspire your pupils to achieve their potential, we would like you to join our team as a Part-time Learning Support Teacher.
We are seeking a qualified Learning Support Teacher to help some of our boys achieve their best throughout the school (Key Stage 2 to Key Stage 3). We can offer dedicated time and a well-resourced learning support room as well as an excellent team. We are seeking someone who can offer two to three days a week, although several mornings would also be suitable. The successful applicant will be qualified to teach children with a range of learning needs, including dyslexia. The ability to offer OCR Level 5 or above would be an advantage.
Salary according to Rokeby pay scales. Excellent opportunities for CPD.
