We are seeking to employ an enthusiastic and dynamic Agriculture lecturer to join the Land and Outdoor Academy at our Kirkley Hall campus.  Our vision is to continue to develop the provision within agriculture, increase student numbers, and continue to improve the quality of our learners’ experience. 


The successful candidate will be an experienced, committed and passionate individual with a strong agricultural background and knowledge. They will lead and teach agriculture over a range of courses including level 2 and 3 diplomas, apprenticeships and in the future, foundation degrees. They will plan, promote, deliver, monitor and evaluate the progress of their courses and learners and will create and cultivate strong links with the farming industry.


Due to the nature of this post you will be required to undertake an Enhanced Disclosure Check.
