We are looking for individuals with dynamic classroom management strategies to reach learners at a range of levels from Entry 1 to level 1. The role will involve teaching a broad spectrum of subjects with a strong ethos around pastoral care. Candidates will be expected to demonstrate that they can communicate with learners and create an exciting and creative learning environment. Previous teaching experience would be beneficial and the College will support non-qualified Lecturers through their teaching qualification.
