A highly motivated Travel and Tourism lecturer A is required to join a team of experienced and dedicated staff.
You will be required to teach on a range of programmes at Level 2 and Level 3 and be focused on the outcomes and employability skills of your students.
You should have excellent high profile vocational experience that you can use to teach our students outstanding skills and knowledge.
You must possess a travel and tourism qualification preferably to degree level and a recognised teaching qualification or willingness to achieve one.
We are looking for a driven individual who can ensure that high standards of teaching and learning are taking place with an engaging, exciting and interactive curriculum.

Wigan and Leigh College is a further education college in Wigan, Greater Manchester, which has been providing education and training locally for more than 150 years. It employs around 1,000 staff and has a student roll of about 17,000. Further education students can choose the A-level professional honours programme or vocational qualifications such as BTECs. An expanding higher education portfolio of foundation degrees, top-up degrees, higher nationals and certificates is available to adult students of all ages, both full-time and part-time.
Wigan and Leigh College operates from several sites across the borough: the Parson’s Walk Centre, School for the Arts and Pagefield Centre are in Wigan, close to the town centre. The Image Centre and Leigh College are close to the town centre of Leigh.
