Job overview

We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual to join our team at Harrow College and teach across a range of programmes.   Courses currently offered include the BTEC First, National and Higher National Diplomas, OCR Cambridge Technicals, AAT, Access to Business courses and T Levels. 

You will need to possess a degree in Business or related area and an advanced level teaching qualification recognised by the FE sector (PGCE, DET or equivalent).  You will have successful teaching experience in the subject area, including experience of teaching BTEC programmes.  You should be able to maintain high levels of student retention and achievement, with the ability to engage and motivate learners, and have strong IT skills.
