Salary: £24,339 – £33,562 (L6 – L14) per annum 
Status: Permanent, full time

We are one of the country’s leading land based colleges based in Cheshire providing a ‘state-of-the-art’ educational and food manufacturing facility. We pride ourselves on teaching alongside food manufacturing to give the learners the best experience whilst here at Reaseheath. We are fortunate to have a live working factory that engages in research and development (R&D) and new product development (NPD) within the Bakery and Patisserie sector and the food industry.

We take great pride in our industry engagement which gives our learners the correct pathway into employment and teaching the most up to date standards. We also boast to be the only educational institute to hold a grade A British Retail Consortium award (BRC) which all major manufacturers work to.
This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team within the College Food Centre.  Duties will include theory and practical based teaching sessions, leading and guiding our learners in a range of innovative Bakery and Patisserie skills.

The ideal candidate must be up to date with current fashions and trends within the Bakery and Patisserie industry and have time served leading a Patisserie kitchen or Bakery whilst ideally having teaching experience. This role will be predominantly to deliver the fundamental and advanced skills in chocolate, bread and patisserie making, also to have skills within chocolate and sugar sculpting to be delivered in FE and HE environments.

Alongside prior experience, an engaging and positive personality is a major attribute to engage with our learners and is a vital factor when delivering sessions.
