Salary: £24,339 - £33,562 (L6 – L14) 
Status: Permanent, Full/Part time

Purpose of the job: To provide accessible and high quality learning experiences to meet the needs of the customer

Following a £8 million upgrade, our Centre for Horticulture, Environment and Sustainable Technology boasts a new fully automated, hydroponic commercial glasshouse unit, landscape workshop, micropropagation unit, Mac suite and Design Studio and is set within 330 hectares of farms, parklands, lake, woodland and sports facilities. 

We’re now looking for a team of highly motivated individuals to contribute to the future success of the Horticulture Department in a range of positions.

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to deliver horticulture and design qualifications at FE and HE level and to support our Apprenticeship delivery. You will need to have a sound practical and academic background in horticulture and/or design, ideally with experience of landscape construction. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of a level 6 qualification in a related subject and ideally with teaching experience at FE and HE level.
Furthermore, you will need to be highly organised and a good communicator across a broad age range, flexible in your approach and be competent in the use of IT.
