The Sheffield College
We are seeking a highly talented and suitably experienced individual to join our dental teaching team and be a part of making our strategic vision a reality. You will be an experienced lecturer or practitioner of dental technology, particularly prosthetics and associated subjects, looking to transfer your knowledge through an innovative and flexible approach to teaching and learning, providing an exceptional learning experience for Sheffield College’s FE and HE dental students. You will also be expected to undertake scholarly activities and the supervision of student placements as appropriate. You will report directly to the Head of Academy – Science and Dental.
Requirements for the post include:
• Educated to at least level 5 in dental technology and hold full registration (or be eligible to join) with the UK General Dental Council
• A PGCE or other relevant teaching qualification and experience of assessment would be desirable
