Hours: 29.6 hours per week / 52 weeks per year

Eastleigh College is looking for an experienced lecturer to teach on the College’s full time Early Years, Childcare and Play work courses. The care learning area offers programmes for full time students working across Early Years, Childcare and Play work, courses running across levels 1/2/3 .

We are looking for a lecturer with industry experience in a related sector, holding a degree or higher level industry qualification would be advantageous as would experience of IQA and assessment processes with teaching across the range of disciplines and a teaching qualification (Cert Ed, PGCE), however full training can be offered to achieve qualified teacher status.

The successful candidates will primarily teach students in the 16-19 age range. This role will require excellent communication and organisational skills coupled with a strong commitment to develop the potential of all learners.
