Job overview

We are looking for a Lecturer in the Programme Area of English, Maths, Basic Skills, ESOL and Offender Learning at Guernsey College of Further Education.

You will deliver GCSE English and Functional Skills (Entry level to level 2) within a Programme Area delivering discrete courses from Entry Level to Level 2 for full and part-time students as part of the Learner Support Services.

The majority of your teaching will be for full-time students at Level 1 and 2, with additional delivery to adult, part-time and also offender learners.

This post carries a five year housing licence. If appointed, you can expect to:

Salary will be in accordance with the Guernsey Lecturer Pay Scale (grade 1-14) of £26,898 - £48,396 per annum.
