Job Overview:
UCB are looking to recruit a skilled and enthusiastic practitioner of Bakery and Confectionery to teach across a range of courses within our renowned College of Food.
The successful candidate will have relevant industry experience and a high level of technical skill in bakery and confectionery, supported by excellent communication skills and the ability to inspire and motivate our students.
The post-holder will be expected to work towards a recognised teaching qualification (advantage if already held) and an Assessors award whilst in post. UCB strongly encourages self and professional development and has a well-funded professional development programme.
Flexibility is essential, as evening/weekend work may occasionally be required.
