Role Title: Lecturer in Beauty Therapy

Location: Yale

Contract Type: Permanent, Full Time

Salary: £27,382-£42,326

We currently have a vacancy for a lecturer in Beauty Therapy at our Yale campus  We are looking for an inspiring individual to deliver across levels in a variety of Beauty Therapy techniques incorporating the relevant underpinning knowledge..The lecturer will perform scheduled teaching, preparation of learning materials, marking of students’ work, liaison with awarding bodies and exam invigilation.To provide educational guidance, support and pastoral care. Assist in the recruitment and interviewing of students when required. The lecturer will participate in the marketing, planning, assessment and evaluation of course provision.The lecturer will liaise with colleagues from other business areas with regard to resources, curriculum development, student reports and other related matters

Essential Requirements

• Qualified to at least Level 3 in a relevant specialist subject area 
• Minimum of 3 years experience within the sector.
• Teaching Qualification (e.g. Cert Ed, PGCE, C&G 7407)
• Able to identify, interpret and apply specific knowledge to practice
• Competent digital literacy skills.
• Be able to develop and use a range of teaching and learning techniques
