We are currently seeking to appoint a passionate Lecturer to join our childcare department. The Childcare department offers a friendly working environment with primary objectives to develop learners both on a personal and academic level. Childcare is a popular choice for our students wishing to pursue a career in the Childcare sector. You will therefore inspire, motivate and enthuse the development of our learners to help them in their success towards their career aspirations. You will also be responsible for delivering high quality assessments across a range of childcare programmes.
You must be able to demonstrate the ability in excellent teaching and learning practice and hold a full teaching qualification.

It has two state of the art campuses in West Bromwich accessible through excellent transport links and, following a successful merger with Cadbury Sixth Form College, has an exciting presence in Birmingham.
The majority of the College’s full-time students are aged 16-18, studying courses designed to give them skills for the modern workplace in a learning environment fully equipped with a specialist automotive centre, beauty and hairdressing salons, computer suites, construction workshops, engineering and science laboratories, fashion and photography studios, a sports hall and a 170-seater theatre.
