Qualified Range scale points 23-31 (£24,157 - £30,566)
Due to growth within the Dental Technology Department the opportunity has arisen a 1 x 1.0 fte Lecturer/HE Course Leader. The successful applicant will be a qualified registered dental technician with relevant teaching experience of BTEC Dental Technology programmes.
You will have the ability to teach specialised elements of Dental Technology all at Level 3 with a specialism in partial dentures, dental public health and to lead the Foundation Degree in Dental Technology. Dental Technology is part of the Science, Animal Care and Computing Technologies Department at Sheffield College. These are exciting opportunities to help the expansion and continued growth of the Dental Technology Department, which is due to start the Foundation Degree in Dental Technology from September 2017.
