London's leading College is seeking for an exceptional Lecturer in Early Childhood Studies/Health & Social Care (Level 4 & 5 Foundation Degree)

About the role:

We are seeking to recruit an excellent Childhood Studies Lecturer to teach early childhood studies, education and related subjects across a range of full time and part time courses; Foundation Degree in Early Childhood Studies, HND in Health and Social Care and Foundation Degree in Working with Older People. You will prepare appropriate teaching materials, including ICT/ILT materials and keep them up to date and assess and monitor students work.

About you:

With a degree or equivalent, we are looking for a proactive team member with the ability to engage effectively with students using new and innovative ways of working. You will have experience of working in an Early Years/ Health and Social Care setting and have knowledge of the adult curriculum in FE and/or HE and of recent curriculum and pedagogic developments. You will have excellent interpersonal skills and excellent oral and written communication skills. Successful experience of teaching in post-16 and/or HE is desirable.
