About the role:
You will be responsible for teaching on a range of courses from Entry 3 to The Access to Nursing.  The right applicant will need to be able to demonstrate a learner centred approach, bring the classroom alive, motivate learners to achieve their full potential, be committed to improving quality and be an active team player. You will have the responsibility for planning and delivering Health and Social Care Units linked to the Care sector. Vocational experience in either Health or Social Care is essential. Other general curriculum responsibilities will include assessment, tracking student achievement and some administration for the courses. 

About you:
With appropriate experience and qualifications reflecting a strong background in Care education and/or the Care industry, you will have a teaching qualification or the commitment to undertake one during the first term of contract. You will have a history of teaching within a vocational (or similar) context to a high standard, with personal/group tutoring experience and of teaching a variety of Course units in Health and Social care at Level 2 and Level 3. You must have the ability to communicate with students and to motivate and support them in their studies.
