Lecturer - Health and Social Care

Salary:  Unqualified: £23,712 - £25,137 pa (to be calculated pro-rata)

Qualified: £25,884 - £30,000 pa (to be calculated pro-rata)

Location: Stamford, Lincolnshire

Contract type: 12 contact hours per week (18.5 in College), all year round, permanent

We are seeking to recruit a dynamic Lecturer in Health and Social Care.

The successful candidate will contribute effectively to the successful learning experiences of the students in the College through effective and inspirational teaching that meets or exceeds College standards and results in high levels of student retention and achievement.  This role offers an exciting opportunity for a motivated, enthusiastic and learner centric professional who can demonstrate a commitment to meeting the Professional teaching Standards in support of the learner journey.

The successful candidate will need to be qualified to level 3 or higher in a relevant subject and be a qualified teacher (or willing to work towards within an agreed time-frame). Comprehensive knowledge of the subject specialism with the ability to provide an outstanding service to our learners is essential.
