Job overview

We are presently seeking an exceptional teacher for Computing, ICT and IT across a wide range of qualification levels who is eager to develop the curriculum further.

This represents an excellent opportunity for an enthusiastic teacher of technology who is driven by a constant interest in the rapid change within the digital world. You will be a person who ideally will have worked in the industry, and has a solid grasp of the underpinning knowledge and skills that are highly regarded by the technology sector.

You will be structured and methodically in your approach but flexible enough to adapt with the constant pace of change within the digital landscape. Capable of identifying innovation triggers and applying them to realistic scenarios within the classroom, you will help learners apply context to the increasingly digital world around them, developing a clear purpose and progression to higher education or employment opportunities.

As an inspirational individual you will stimulate, motivate and raise aspirations of learners through your enthusiasm and knowledge on the technology sector.

You will be committed to student-centred learning, and to raising the attainment and aspirations of our learners with a desire to promote the benefits of technology, supporting learners and the wider College community in its use.
