Job overview

An enthusiastic, well-qualified and experienced professional is required to join our committed A Level Maths team. The post will include teaching A Level Maths, A Level Further Maths, Level 3 Core Maths and/or GCSE Maths. 

Successful candidates will have a clear track record of securing good outcomes for students and the understanding of the importance of raising the standard of teaching, intervening and using a range of strategies to raise achievement. Knowledge and experience of monitoring student progress and effective use of student data systems to intervene and raise standards are also essential for this post.

Applicants need to provide evidence of preparing and delivering high-quality lessons that engage students and to use differentiated objectives and formative assessment for ensuring the progress of all students.

Candidates should have a relevant degree (or equivalent), a teaching qualification, post-qualification experience and a student-centred approach to teaching and learning.
