Lecturer: PGCE/Cert-Ed Post 16 and Further Education
Part time position – working 17.5 hours per week
£26,759 to £32,040 (full time equivalent salary)
£13,379.50 to £16,020 (pro rata salary)
An opportunity has arisen for a talented and experienced Lecturer in Education and Training to join the Trafford College Group and play a leading role in realising our vision of being a dynamic career college.

A major refurbishment programme is planned for the Stockport Campus and this represents a fantastic opportunity for the successful candidate to drive transformational change for students and communities of Stockport and Trafford.
Working at the Stockport campus you will have the ability to motivate and inspire our trainee teachers to achieve and lead the way in the future of Education.
You will have a Degree, a level 2 qualification in English and Maths and a teaching qualification will be essential. You should have experience of teaching Teacher Training programmes; ideally the PGCE and Certificate in Education Higher Education in the Post 16 and Further Education sector.
We would be particularly interested in candidates with previous experience of delivering teacher training programmes successfully.

This position is a 0.5 position working 17.5 hours per week, however, depending on the number of students recruited in the cohort, there is possibility of this being a 0.7 position working 24.5 hours per week.
