About the role
This is a key role supporting the IFE's strategy to build professional opportunities for postgraduate students, teachers and other educationalists. We are looking for someone who has experience and academic standing in the field of educational leadership and management. The successful candidate will teach on the MA Education (Leadership and Management) and contribute to the EdD. They will be able to work at a strategic level in order to develop this award (regionally, nationally and internationally) and have credibility with schools, colleges and other educational institutions. We would expect you to be able to continue your research interest in this area.
About you (requirements)
You will have a deep knowledge of leadership and management within the context of education and the impact it has on making a difference to outcomes. You should be able to work with a variety of people coming from a variety of different backgrounds. In particular, you should have credibility with academics, schoolteachers and senior management in the education sector. We are particularly interested in candidates who understand the dynamics of intersectionality and leadership and management.
