St Luke’s Science and Sports College require enthusiastic, energetic and professional individuals to support the College in the provision of specialist community facilities across Exeter.
Working as part of a dynamic team of people, you will be involved in the following:
- Front of house reception duties during extended use hours (5.30pm – 10.30pm weekdays and 9am – 6pm at weekends).
- Communication with facility users by telephone, email and through face to face contact.
- Ensuring facilities are ready and fit for purpose for any community users prior to their use.
The successful applicants will work on behalf of St Luke’s Science and Sports College but may be based at a number of locations across the City. Hours will be allocated on a casual basis and will vary from week to week depending upon demand.
Working hours will be negotiated on an individual basis and applicants will be paid as a casual employee on a monthly basis.
Applicants will need to have a range of skills including ability to use ICT. We would expect that applicants have high levels of inter-personal skills with the ability to communicate effectively with a range of people being paramount.
