We are seeking to appoint a friendly, pro-active and self-motivated Duty Manager to promote and maximise usage of our school sports facilities, with both local clubs and the wider community. Excellent people skills are essential for this role and previous experience of working within a sport or leisure setting would be an advantage. Working closely with the Leisure Centre Manager and PFI Manager as part of a supportive team, you should have a good knowledge of a variety of sports/fitness, a passion for high quality customer service, and basic IT skills (Word, Excel, Social Media).
You will need to adopt a flexible working pattern to meet the needs of customers and the team. This will be a full-time role (35 hours per week) and the role will involve some evening and weekend work on a two week rota. The majority of hours will be worked between 17:00 - 22:30 on the relevant weekdays and 8am-6:30pm on alternate Saturday / Sundays.
